メゴチの簡単なさばき方！　～現地調達から刺身にするまで～ Catch and Cook Flatheads. So Easy!

メゴチの釣り方です。メゴチは砂地にいます。片テンビンにオモリの６～１０号位をつけて、１．５号のハリスを結んだキス針の一本針を結びます。４０cmくらいあれば十分です。ぶるぶる来たら一呼吸待ってから竿をあおり、針にかけます。

このメゴチは同じ場所で釣れるシロギスよりも調理が簡単で、すぐに刺身にできます。味は人それぞれですが、個人的にはシロギスよりもおいしいと思ってます。みなさんもこの方法でお刺身で食べてみてくださいね。

They are living in sandy area. Best bait for this kind of fish would be polychea. these flatheads share same habitat with white fish (kisu) . so, when you catch them, you might get both at same time. both taste good but flathead is way easier to cook and more tasty personally believe.
