Scores Missing as Fatal Flash Flood Hits Central Texas

At least 50 people, including 15 children, are dead after flash floods swept through central Texas, with many still missing and over 850 rescued. The Guadalupe River rose nearly nine meters after torrential rain, prompting a state of emergency and a massive search effort, including for 27 missing girls from a summer camp.
